The aim of this study was to analyze the relationship between the level of teachers commitment to teaching and the level of their practice in values education at primary schools in Kırıkkale. The relational screening method of quantitative research designs was used to determine the relationship. Qualitative data collection tools were used to confirm the results of the research.The research was conducted on 406 classroom and subject teachers at primary schools in Kırıkkale. In accordance with the purpose of the study, the questionnaires named as Commitment to Teaching and Values Education designed by the researcher for data collection were conducted. An observation form designed by the researcher was used to observe 10 teachers at a specific school. After observation, these teachers were interviewed. The data collected with the observation form were commented by frequency and percentages. Interview data and observation notes were used to confirm the results.
