The purpose of this study is to find out the organizational silence level of the teachers,the issues, on which are kept silent, the reasons for silence, the perceived results ofbecoming silent by employees and the organization on the part of personnel employedunder different working conditions according to the opinions of the teachers at publicand private primary schools on organizational silence, and to make a comparisonbetween these. In addition, the levels of difference of the issues, on which are keptsilent, the reasons for silence, the perceived results of becoming silent by employeesand the organization have been studies based on the variables including gender, term ofoffice and status of the school (public or private). The study has been carried out usingrelational screening model.This study has been carried out with the teachers working at the public schools andprivate schools in the province of Kırıkkale.
