DENEYSEL HAYVAN MODELİNDE EKSTEMİTELERDE TERLEME TEDAVİLERİNİN MİKROSKOBİK OLARAK DEĞERLENDİRİLMESİ

Hacettepe University, Graduate School of Health Sciences, Ph.D. Thesis in Anatomy, Ankara, 2019. In this study, in experimental animal model LASER and ultrasonic energy source was compared. Comparison of LASER in different wave and energy dimensions was also performed. All the results were analyzed with electron microscopy. Because of the high tissue damage in the examination results, we included the plastic reconstructive surgeon's frequently used high focus ultrasonography device (ultrasonic sound wave ablation) in our experiment. In this study, three different skin layer efficient high focus ultrasonography device were used. Control biopsies were taken after the application of each experimental animal to the hands and feet. These biopsies were histologically examined. As a result of the study, the number of sweat glands decreased significantly in the microscopically used 3 and 4.5 mm high focus ultrasonography headings, and the total accumulation of lymphocyte infiltration and fibroblast in the deep dermis layer was also observed in the 4.5 mm title. As a result, in the microscopic examination of samples taken after applications of 3.0 mm and 4.5 mm titles in this experiment, we can say that the headings used are more targeted and less tissue damage.
