A total of 5 sections and 64 items were used. Of the 1934 people, 752 (38,88%) agreed to participate in the study and participated in the survey. Of the 752 questionnaires, 32 (%4,26) were not reliable because of various reasons, so 720 questionnaires were taken into consideration. The ratio of completed questionnaires to the universe was %37.22. For statistical analysis and calculations, MS-Excel 2010, IBM SPSS Statistics 22.0 and AMOS 21.0 programs were used. Descriptive statistics, Shapiro-Wilk test, Mann-Whitney test, Kruskal-Wallis test, Spearman Rank Correlation Coefficient and Structural Equation Model (SEM) were applied. It has been determined that some of the socio-demographic variables show significant differences with BTHS, BTT and Employee Performance. It was observed that the total score of BTHS and Worker Performance total and all sub-dimension score were significant, linear but weak. It was found that there was a significant, linear but weak relationship between CTT score and total and total sub-dimension score. As a result of the SEM analysis, it has been determined that BTHS has a significant effect on BTT, BTT has increased individual performance and BTHS has decreased. When analyzed on the basis of sub-dimensions, no significant effect could be determined on the performance dimensions.
