The main purpose of this study is to survey the current trends of in-service training inthe Mongolian telecommunications sector and to determine the perceptions theretousing qualitative research methods.As Mongolia is a developing country, the country places great importance oneducation. Therefore, in-service or on-the-job training will bring about positivechanges in the organization in terms of its capacity building efforts.The lack of study on the perception of in-service training in Mongolian businesses bythose working in the sectors is a major weakness in our literature. In this context, thestudy to determine the perception of in-service training applications by usingqualitative research methods will be expected to make significant contributions to thedevelopment of in-service training in businesses.The outcome of this research depends on social phenomena and their surroundingsthat the research approach seeks to understand.
