Türkiye Sağlık Sisteminde Finansal Sürdürülebilirlik: Paydaş Görüşleri ve Değerlendirmeleri

Abstract

Many of governments have coped with the problems which may occur due to unlimited wants and limited financial sources for the sustainability of healthcare system. Financial sustainability is described as self-sufficiency and means to be able to cover health expenses by incomes which are acquired. For financial sustainability it is required to have enough incomes or profit and cost-control. The aim of this study is to determine views of stakeholders about the financial sustainability of healthcare system in Turkey, to carry out the evaluation via these views and to make suggestions towards the relevant policy of Turkey. In the study the method of individual interviews which is one of the qualitative research methods was used and the qualitative data acquired from the result of interviews was evaluated by content analysis method. 108 people in total were included into the research via the method of purposeful sampling.
