As a result of the literature review, it is planned to conduct a study by predicting that the favoritism prevailing among the employees in the organizations will cause the violation of the psychological contract in the employees of the organization and as a result, the behavior of cynicism in the organizations. In this direction, data will be collected from private and public sector employees through surveys, relevant analyzes will be applied, and the results will be evaluated in the light of theoretical infrastructure. It is thought that the results obtained will contribute to both the literature and the practice life.
