The double bass concerto, written by Estonian composer Eduard Tubin in 1948, greatly contributed to double bass repertoire. It can be said that this work, which is in the repertoires of musicians playing double bass today and is appreciated, is worth performing in terms of technical difficulty, melodic structure, and rhythmic difficulty among other double bass works. The purpose of this research is to identify the difficulties and reveal some solutions by solving them.
