This thesis contains the design, production and measurement of the MIMO antenna which works at 28 GHz frequency band which is one of the most important candidates of the 5G systems. Firstly, the literature was searched and candidate frequency bands of 5G were examined. The advantages and disadvantages of these bands are discussed and the MIMO solution for high frequency communication is scrutinized. Antenna design is theoretically examined. Later, the single antenna element was designed. The effect of the feed point and substrate height on antenna parameters such as return loss, gain, bandwidth was investigated by using HFSS electromagnetic analyzer software parametric analysis tool. 2x2 and 4x4 planar array structures were obtained by multiplexing a single antenna and parametric analysis was examined. In addition to the analysis of a single antenna, the isolation values and their beamsteering ability were examined by applying phase difference between the antenna. Finally, a single antenna element and 2x2 planar array structure were produced. Production stages of the antennas have been shown and the measurement results have been compared with the results obtained in the simulation.
