Özet
In our study, the use of organic material in ceramic art and the methods of its use are emphasized. The historical development of the use of organic material in art is discussed, and the reasons for its use in ceramic art and its application stages are investigated in this process.
The types of organic materials used in ceramics and the artists who use them are mentioned and examples of the original techniques of these artists are given. The paperclay technique, which is an organic material, has been researched, and the works and techniques of the artists using this method have been examined. How the Paperclay technique is used and the stages of use are explained with visuals and sample studies are included. Ceramic works made of another organic material, gauze and linen fiber, are supported by visuals. A literature review was made for technical information, and many printed and written sources were used.
