The aim of this study is to determine whether there is a relationship between the psychological resilience and emotional intelligence of preschool children. 251 children aged between 48 and 72 months attending a pre-school education institution in Ankara were included in the study using snowball sampling method. While collecting the data, the Early Childhood Resilience Scale, developed by Ersay, was used to measure the psychological resilience of children attending pre-school education institutions, and the Sullivan Scale for Evaluating Children's Emotional Intelligence for Teachers, developed by Ulutaş, to measure the emotional intelligence of children attending pre-school education institutions. Correlational research method, one of the quantitative research methods, was used in the research. According to the results of the research, it was seen that there is a positive and significant relationship between the psychological resilience and emotional intelligence of children. As a result of the research, it has been suggested that in-service training and seminars can be organized for teachers in terms of raising awareness in schools in terms of improving the psychological resilience and emotional intelligence of children, and that programs and activities that strengthen emotional intelligence and psychological resilience can be included in the education program of schools.
