In this research, regional and global foF2, hmF2, TEC maps are generated by using IRI-Plas model and W index maps which determines the severity of the disturbance at the ionosphere, is created with GIM TEC data. These maps are put into service as a space weather service for user-specified date, time period and geographical region at www.ionolab.org. IRI-Plas printouts, foF2 and hmF2 data are subjected to optimization by Non-linear Least Squares method. This method is named as IRI-Plas-Opt. IRI-Plas-Opt software, which is as accurate as virtual ionosonde in obtaining ionospheric parameters, is adapted for regional and global parametric distribution. Optimization algorithm is worked on mapping the critic parameters of the ionosphere globally by being applied to all grid points of GIM data. Thus, it will be possible to obtain and monitor the parameters of the ionosphere even in geographical regions where there are not any ionosondes and GPS receivers.
