In presented master of science thesis study; it was obtained efficiencies of manganese and iron during leaching of Çorum Osmancık Manganese ore using cane pulp and cotton stalk in sulfuric acid medium. For experimental study, it was determined parameters as leaching temperature, amount of reduction agent, leaching time and acid concentration. Leaching experiments were carried out 40-80 oC temperature, 0-0.1 g reduction agent, 60-360 dk time of leaching and 1-5 M H2SO4 concentration. It was determined experimental points using Box-Wilson experimental design method. Experiments were carried out in thermostatically controlled water bath and concentrations of manganese and iron during the leaching process were measured by Atomin Absorbtion Spectrofotometer (AAS). Leaching efficiency of manganese which was carried out using cotton stalk as a reduction agent is 82 %. In these conditions, efficiency of iron is 38 %.
