In this research, the relationship between organizational attractiveness, organizational image and organizational loyalty based on teachers’ opinions were examined. The research was designed in a relational model. At the research, the data obtained from 494 teachers who were working in 45 public low-secondary schools in the districts of Altındağ, Çankaya, Etimesgut, Gölbaşı, Keçiören, Mamak, Pursaklar, Sincan and Yenimahalle in Ankara in 2016-2017 education year. In this research, "Organizational Attractiveness Scale" and "Organizational Loyalty Scale" developed by researcher and "Organizational Image Perception Scale" developed by Gürbüz (2008) were used as data collection tools. The validity and reliability values of all scales were calculated and found to be sufficient. Teachers' perceptions of organizational attractiveness, organizational image and organizational loyalty were presented with arithmetic mean and standard deviation values. In addition, it was determined that the concepts had significant differences in terms of various demographic variables by t-test for independent groups and one-way analysis of variance. In the research, the relationship between variables were examined by correlation analysis. On the other hand, multiple linear regression analysis was performed to determine the predictability of independent variables (organizational image and organizational attractiveness) on the dependent variable (organizational loyalty). Finally, the mediating effect of organizational attractiveness between organizational image and organizational loyalty was determined by path analysis. As a result of the analysis, the findings were examined and interpreted on the basis of the literature. According to the results of the research, the teachers perceived the organisational attractiveness at relatively moderate level. In terms of demographic variables, it was understood that the organisational attractiveness was more positive for women teachers, teachers who have lower education level and have 6-10 years working time iat same school. In addition, it was found that the perceptions of teachers about organisational loyalty were relatively high. It has been determined that the principal loyalty has the highest arithmetic average. In terms of demographic variables, it was seen that the organisational loyalty was more positive for women teachers, teachers who have lower education level and have 6-10 years working time at same school. Finally, it was found that the perceptions of teachers' about organisational image were also relatively high. It is understood that the institutional ethics has the highest arithmetic average and the financial stability has the lowest arithmetic average. In terms of demographic variables, it was determined that the organisational image was perceived more positively by the teachers who had over 11 years working experience and working between 6-10 years at same school. In terms of the relationship between organisational attractiveness, organisational image and organisational loyalty, it was found that there were positive, moderate or high significant relationships. In addition, organisational image and organisational attractiveness were found to be significant predictors of teachers' perceptions of organisational loyalty. The following main suggestions can be advised based on the results of the research: (1) Inter-relationships between concepts can be examined in different school types by different research methods. (2) Policies for the improvement of the managerial quality of schools can be evaluated.
