Language learning areas are scaled as A1, A2, B1, B2, C1, C2 and language competencies are defined in Common European Framework of Reference for Languages: Learning, Teaching, Assessment which was prepared for standardizing foreign language teaching. In this study, Common European Framework B1 reading competencies are determined as Turkish reading learning outcomes. Taking these outcomes as a reference, appearances of outcomes are described in three language learning sets (Yedi İklim, İstanbul and Yeni Hitit) which are commonly accepted in Turkey.
