Besides the hardware and software components of the FATİH Project, one of the most important components is the EBA platform where e-content is published. In this platform, there are e-contents for the educational programs. In this study, the e-contents in Biology course were evaluated with teacher opinions. This study is essentially in the screening model. The sample was determined by purposeful sampling, one of the non-random sampling methods. Electronic questionnaire called EBA Course Biology e-Contents Usage Survey developed by researcher was used as data collection tool. Data were analyzed by percentage, frequency and basic statistics. Questionnaires were grouped into three sub-problems. EBA Course biology content usage, need and educational benefit status is high in the 9th and 10th grades while it is quite low in the 11th and 12th grades in percentages. While frequency and need of using video and question solution contents are quite high, question solving takes the last place in terms of being interesting and motivating. Internet infrastructure problems, inadequate course length and internet speed are the main factors affecting EBA Course Usage. In the light of this information, it was concluded that production of different content types should be done in the 11th and 12th class biology course e-contents just like 9th and 10th grades ,and it should be supported with interactive applications, virtual experiments and 3D visuals. It is recommended that in all provinces hardware problems are solved, internet infrastructure and speed problems are eliminated.
