Firstly, descriptive statistics of the sample were given, then multiple regression analysis was used to test hypotheses and ANOVA and t tests were used to determine variability according to demographic characteristics. The findings of the study show that psychological empowerment is not a motivation tool for the participants but having a personality structure open to development positively affects motivation. In this context, as a result of the personality tests to be conducted before recruitment, it will be possible to have an organizational structure with more motivated employees by hiring those who are open to development. An organizational structure of motivated employees will be the key to organizational success.
