The aim of this study is to examine the relationship between emotional labour and burnout level of job and occupation consultants and the moderator effect of coworkers support on this relationship. In this study, emotional labour has been examined by two dimensions: surface acting and deep acitng. Burnout and coworkers support were analyzed by one dimension of each. The study was conducted with 190 job and occupation consultants working at Altındağ, Çankaya, Ostim and Sincan Branch Offices in Ankara. The moderator effect of coworkers support was analyzed by Process Macro. Research findings have indicated that there was no relationship between deep acting and burnout. There was a negative relationship between surface acting and burnout. It was found that coworkers support has no moderator effect on the relationship between emotional labour and burnout.
