Within the scope of this thesis, the efficient placement of UAV Base Stations which have gained importance in 5G and beyond communication studies are examined. The efficient placement of UAV Base Stations in the field is important in order to provide fast and accurate service to disaster areas in case of emergency or to support the fixed communication infrastructure in cases that require heavy communication traffic such as concerts and matches. In the scope of the study, aerodynamic model, air-ground channel modeling, antenna model, service quality and UAV power are taken into account. In the thesis, different scenarios are defined and a placement study that optimizes the operation time of the UAV Base Station is carried out within the scope of these scenarios. Within the scope of this thesis, the accuracy of the settlement studies has been improved by taking into account the UAV aerodynamics which has been ignored in the UAV Base Station settlement studies in the literature.
