Öğrenme Nesnesinin Yeniden Kullanılabilirliğine Yönelik Yazarlık Aracının Tasarımı ve Kullanılabilirliğinin Değerlendirilmesi
Abstract
This study is designed as a design and development research to design and evaluate an authoring tool that is aimed at enabling reuse and re-packaging of learning objects (LOs) according to instructional needs by re-purposing them in line with the predefined standards.First of all, a comprehensive literature review about the development and the reuse process of LOs is conducted within the scope of content and design, sharing, and technological points of view and reusability and conceptual models are developed based on the articulated implementation problems which have been confronted during the reuse of LOs. Secondly, an authoring tool is developed to overcome those aforementioned problems.
