In inter-vehicular communications, the environment, as well as the movement of the receiver and transmitter, is inevitably dynamic. For this reason, the channel should be characterized according to time, frequency, and Doppler. To determine these parameters, drive tests were carried out at different speeds, distances and relative positions in districts of Ankara with different traffic and building densities. Measurements were made with a test setup containing single transmitter and receiver for hundred quantities of different scenarios. At the end of the studies that started with the examination of the signal given to the channel, basic parameters such as power delay profile, scattering function, Doppler spectrum density, rms delay spread, which will enable the creation of the cellular V2X channel model at 5.89 GHz for Ankara were obtained. The theoretical values expected for these parameters and the results obtained with the measurements were compared. Inferences and improvement suggestions were made in the reviews, considering the limitations in practice and infrastructure. The implementation was carried out using the signal used by Keysight Technologies Inc. for cellular V2X and the 5G Valley Test Infrastructure installed by BTK in the Market Surveillance Laboratory.
