Abstract
This study focuses on the technical problem, which has become an issue with the development and progress of the technology and its effect on the world of human being. In this context, views of Baudrillard and Heidegger were examined and the problem-solving process of his technique was based. The argument that there is no truth, which we have concluded through “simulations” and “simulacr” concepts of Baudrillard and which has become one of the basic problems of the age we are in, is addressed with regard to technical problems. Moreover, Heidegger's ontological interpretation of the relationship between the essence of technique and technique has been examined and he reason for forgetting the essence existentially was revealed. In this study it is basically intended to holistically address Baudrillard and Heidegger's approach to the technical problem, their solution suggestions, their similarities and differences. In the first part of the work, Baudrillard's views are explained. Baudrillard depicts the era that we are in as the age of simulation in the most general sense. The simulation universe has framed everything that exists. Reality has been destroyed, meaning has been lifted. The state of confusion that experience is revealed in the basic concepts of Baudrillard's philosophy and his technical problematic connection. In the second part of the work, Heidegger's opinions on the subject are examined. Heidegger expresses that the break of the bond between technique and technique originates in the form of comprehension of technology. For this reason, Heidegger's interpretation of technology has been dealt with in relation to metaphysical tradition and contemporary technical thought. In the third part of the work, Baudrillard and Heidegger's ways of working with technical problems are reviewed holistically. The fact that the essence of the technique is forgotten and it has become a simulacrum in our age is dealt with. The human being who is under control of the object according to Baudrillard’s views is regarded as possibilities of presence by Heidegger and therefore it can be clearly seen that he has built his true bond with technique.
